ive got a 939 mobo and a 3500+ in there right now. i ran across a 939 opteron 175 denmark on closeout for 130. my question is: is it worth it to drop for just that and keep the rest of my system (2gb, 7900gt)? or should i just save it and wait to rebuild? it will probably be a year from now before i get around to actually building a system, so i know it comes down to me justifying ~$11 a month for something i will replace. since i no longer do work on this computer, its mostly for gaming or surfing. i guess the more appropriate question is, would i see more benefit in game play by spending that 130 towards an upgraded vid card?
you wont get less than 150.. its like asking for a private connection halfway across the world.. anyone that is in europe / not in north america will get a high ping for the most part

actually.... thats not the complete reason.. its because it just simply easier to make.. there is way too much supply and not enough demand, therefore prices have dropped enormously.. the prices were already dropping before DDR3 was even out.. on top of that, DDR should be like 20 bucks for 2 gigs.. but its not.. just taking a guess, im gonna say its about 5 bucks below DDR2.. maybe even higher than DDR2..
