Get on TS sir, I have to ask you some questions. It would be futile to just start typing randomness out.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Adogg @ Jul 2 2011, 12:54 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div> you sir , disappoint me . (although im sure you did , and its on order along with the "pc " parts you ordered )
Those EVGA guys are sure taking their sweet time running my order up .... I called my credit card and they confirmed that EVGA ran thru a $1.27 pending charge. I was worried b/c I have not received any emails about my order..... still no emails....
You should of received an email the second you placed the order (I've always got one right away). That weekend sale was pretty ridiculous and a complete inventory blowout, I have never seen one that good before. I'm sure they have a ton of orders to process. Just call their customer service number (888.881.EVGA), their overall support is really good.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Bender @ Jul 5 2011, 06:20 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div> 30 min wait yesterday. Still no email and no charge. Gonna call today at lunch and get it resolved. Hopefully they will throw in a free rush on the order so I get it before the weekend.
I really hope I got the correct motherboard since I had to replace the order. Stupid website did not take my original order. So this MoBo is a lot cheaper I think since the card is $40 more than it was this weekend. Did I get a version that is not as good?
How did the website not take your order? I ordered one of those X58 FTW3 boards without any issue. Are you sure that you didn't forget to select process order at the end of final checkout? If it was something on EVGA's end they would for sure honor the original price of the items.
After reordering it I see that they have a double accept order button .... that "place Order" button is not really a place order button. I talked to the manager and he honored the sale prices. Now I'm just worried that I bought a shitty MoBo (it was the cheapest x58 they had)...
Well they're pretty much the same boards. The original board that you should of got is pretty much the same as what you ordered today, except that it had some dressed up looks and USB3/SATAIII... neither of which you need.
