Also he is individually paid by the US in back door deals. All because the US wanted to maintain a tactical position near Cuba during the cold war. -Papa Doc dies and he's succeeded by his son. Son eventually is run out of Haiti, his escape was actually aided by the Reagan administration. -At this point Haiti is fucked beyond repair, and they still have not recovered. If you ever actually go to Haiti/orDR, you'll they're beautiful places. Decent diving and the fishing is amazing. BTW, welcome to UAN Jack...
