    I quit drinking and lost 20 pounds. Maybe I should take up smoking and blow for additional weight loss. Kate Moss diet worked for me!

    I just quit smoking today... First full day without one... So far.... We will see if I have the urge to murder anyone at the office today. I already had a cup of coffee, and that was pretty hard. Man, I hope I don't gain any weight. I'm fat enough already...

    well butz.. its not like it substitutes for your hunger.. you just replaced the smokes with food... which inevitably caused you to roll over in many directions.
