Austin. The password box will show a random number of ***** no matter what you type in. This is just for security. What error messages do you get when trying to connect? Try to take a screen shot of any errors, if you could. Oh, I don't remember setting you up with a signature?
this is the screen that i see when i try to connect and the screen that i see before i try to connect is the screen above at my latest reply and you didn't set me up with a signature, but i toughd maybe i can make my own. but i don't see a picture on my signature. but when i click on my signature than i will see that picture :?

vent mic settings since this is already a vent topic, i will post here instead of making a new one. as most of you know, my mic gives off a lot of feedback. this is weird because i have tried two setups. first i got a headset. plantronics seemed to be a good brand... that didnt work out well so i got another set of headphones and a labtec desktop mic. I still get complaints about feedback and such and my green light stays on well after i stop talking. I was thinking about push to talk but thats no good while gaming. So here is my question... what settings are you guys using for mic volume? Is everyone using USB mics? And do the PS2 mics need some special drivers for windows? I hope not, cause if so I dont think I will go that route as im running win2k3 x64, and drivers are a bitch to find for it. Thanks for any help. -FUZiON
I don't use a ps/2 or a USB mouse. I go 1/4" into the back of my rig. Aside from when I cum on the mic, it's pretty good. You just have to mess w/ the settings a bit to get them the way everyone else likes them.
asdf I will try tweaking with the mic volume some more. Ive never thought about turning boost off... I guess im just used to it being on. PS2 = Playstation 2 I heard somewhere that these ps2 headsets were $20 and worked really well.
i got mine froma friend at work, but I'm sure you can go to wal-mart and get a decent set for like $15-20
