If you have not tried this, try disabling Physx off the card and onto the CPU. It appears to have fixed the stuttering issue for me completely. I will continue to try this and see if it is just a fluke or not.
I turned off Crossfire on mine and it jumped 30-40 frames--this was a few days ago. Most likely because new drivers haven't been put out that include some optimizations.
So either they program and hope the card manufacturers fix 'thier problems' or they program for drivers they have but the general public won't have. Wow...software development gets easier every year...
^^ CrossFireX = AMD (Formely ATI) And you got that backwards, game developers generally cater to NVIDIA and NV provides much better driver/profile support. AMD on the other hand can offer a more affordable option and a better value at times.

I willl try that shark thankx man,but its not up to us to try too fix the problem.The lag problem is just one of the many problems...maps are too friendly for campers,they look like a streetwhore fill with AIDS getting in an old man`s pussy wagon.For me,ops seems a new MW2,the same lag,tecnical,maps problems...but with dedicator servers.its going to happen the same that did too MW2,we will only aprecciate and enjoy the game in 2 maybe 3 months...if in that time,people dont get tired of the unsolved issues.
I agree... I seem to only have fun right now running around and knifing and throwing my axe at nubs like red_moon... I have gotten too frustrated with the amount of chop there is when I try to shot someone from 10-20 feet away. With that said, I still find myself wanting to go back for more.

Im running the game with an e7200 with a ati 4350 and who the heck knows what MB.And its a little choppy but playable.Crash here and there but all is well
The main issues I am having is the constant campers, it literally takes all fun out of a map when everyone just post up and waits for you to run by them...
