hello guys... im going to make a update and clean my machine,and i have some questions... im tinking on instal W7,but im not shure that will work good on cod2 , cod-mw or cod-mw2 and cod5.is it better to wait for a beter W7 and continue with vista or get the w7 build 7100 and maybe it will run bouth games?if not,do i instal xp? one more thing...has im going to re.instal the OS how can i keep my cod4 profile? im going to install an original cod4 (mine is "fixed") will i have problems to keep the profile?

Running 7100 myself, and it is sweet running. Definitely worth the upgrade, even though I skipped vista all together. If you are gonna move your *fix3d* COD4 profile to a legit COD4 cd-key, you may have problems.

i been using vista for about a year now... it seems like the windows millenium, of xp.... It seems like they got the basic infrastructure all good... the model works, but theres so many other things i thought they could approve apon, and then i found out about 7, now i installed 7 this week, AND MY GOD ITS AWESOME... i havent been using it alot but it seems to be slightly faster than vista... good thing... but i have put xp on my machine too... theres too many programs i use that utilize xp, but also I would only want to play games until the newer ones are DESIGNED FOR 7... i think vista was quickly put out there so that developers can undestand the system and begin the process of designing software around it... and then 7 was just a tweak up of vista, 7 i hope they bring out some quick service packs... windows media center is awesome, the way you can position your windows by tapping the top of your screen to make it fit half of the top screen... DUUUUUUDE JUST INSTALL THE MOTHER! run vmware if anything. now i need to take a poo, lol i hope that helpd... not the me tellin u ah need a poo

XP is far from bad. If XP had support for DX10+, no one would have switched to Vista for gaming. No idea about W7... people thought Vista was the savior before it released as well--go figure.
One thing that W7 offers is a more secure OS than XP or Vista, with the improved functionality and performance. Bear in mind that anyone who is buying a new OS, should understand that XP will be dropped from Microsoft support at some point. If you are using XP and you are happy with it, then stick to it. I am buying W7, cause I like it.
