I've been scouring the cq servers and very few are open that are non-premium and with an acceptable ping. I checked in the morning and the afternoon and now. Im in the United States so I basically can only play with reasonable success on sub 130 ping games in the US, brazil, UK, and sometimes germany if I"m lucky. 30 ping is ideal and are mostly in US. the UAN cq server is also at zero. why the heck aren't there more servers with people playing? Ugh. <end rant> That said, I seem to have a lot of static using my bluetooth headset-its a jawbone. I've downloaded the latest drivers etc. etc. Any ways to fix this?
That's because Close Quarters was not very popular with the PC crowd and usually at any given time within our region there is only 5-6 CQ servers populated. If you were on really early, there was a EA Blaze outage thus causing nearly all servers to go down.
lol. not surprised. awful transmission. Any advice? What do u do on teamspeak for capture? Do you use the noise cancellation etc? Also, where is everyone still cant find ppl
I disable the advanced features on TS, there is one little box that you can uncheck and it will disable all of them. Where exactly can't you find people? Are you referring to servers in your server browser or do you mean players in general?
I guess its because I am not particularly good with the server setup on origin. I am referring to the servers on my server browser. Is there a way to increase the number of servers I can see? I scroll down and it continuously populates new servers but generally the ping gets worse -130+ and there are no players on them anyway. Do you guys use premium? Are premium servers better run with less cheating and more mods? What real benefits are there in terms of fighting hackers et al? I dunno-noshar canals is one of the most popular levels from what I can see and its a fairly cq level. Thanks for the advice. I 'll uncheck them.
Make sure that you check your sever browser filters. Look and see if you only have it set to search for servers in certain regions and also make sure you don't have anything typed in the search by name box. Here is what my server filters look like:
Thats how mine is. I've never written in the search box. Does it matter what part of the country you're from? I'm east coast, west virginia. How about ports or something related to my router or IP? Is there something else I need to do. almost everything is empty. It sucks.
