xfx 9800 gtx + problem

just bought xfx 9800+ put it in xfx x58 motherboard i7 cpu 100w psu ,6gb 1333 mem ,it will not show any video ,amber on monitor,no beeps ,no windows ,both 6pin power leads in card,sat in properly,green lights on card,fan running slow on card,on the motherboard ,it says number 88 ,then 2a,then nothing,i put the xfx 8800 gtx back in it works,still same numbers on motherboard,88, then 2a,but then it goes to 19,the 9800 dosent go to 19 ,is it fcked

could be some memory problems,

but from what i see, they are both reserved so call up xfx, since you have two of their products. make sure it isn't a motherboard issue but find out what their RESERVED errors are.

ha ha ha 100w power supply i think it is fucked all my errors are reserved ?a funny thing is if i reboot and keep my finger on reset button fan on card works going fast but no vid /output,the card was second hand so it didnt come from xfx ,i got intouch with anyway a registered the card fair play they offered me a xfx hd ati 4850 as a replacement for £51 its my mates i7 i tried it on
